The ice bath, as the final part of the day, is a symbolic experience of letting go and renewal; you immerse yourself in the cold water as you feel your old patterns and tensions slip away from you. What remains is clarity, peace and renewed strength.

Arrival & Introduction
The day starts with a relaxed welcome, where you will meet the other participants and have space to land.
Intention and Meditation
We set our intentions for the day together and guide you in a quiet meditation to be fully present and open yourself to what this day can bring you.
Visualisation: The Power of Thoughts
A visualisation exercise lets you experience how powerful your thoughts are and how you can use them to give direction to the new year.
Breathing & Cold Training
Learn how your breathing can be the key to inner balance, mental clarity and strengthening your physical and emotional resilience. We’ll give you practical techniques you can use to improve the quality of your life. This is followed by an introduction to cold training, where we explain how to use the cold to strengthen your body and push your mental limits.
Dynamic yoga
A fine yoga session that activates your body and prepares you for the deep breathing and ice bath that follows later in the day.
Vegetarian Lunch
Between sessions, we enjoy a nutritious vegetarian lunch to nourish the body and re-energise for the afternoon.
Extended Breathing Session
In the afternoon, we will dive deeper into breathing exercises, learning how these techniques can not only boost your energy, but also create calm and clarity in your mind.
Ice bath
The ice bath is the highlight of the day. After the preparatory sessions, you can push your limits and experience the power of cold. Under guidance, you step into the ice bath, a moment of pure focus and surrender. This brings a huge energy boost and a feeling of mental clarity, as if you have been reborn.
