Friday 18 April
Coming Home to Yourself: Intuning and Connecting
15:00: Arrival and Welcome
Upon arrival at your luxury private residence, you will receive a welcome snack and have the opportunity to relax for a while. Take some time to unpack your belongings and explore the home’s facilities and the serene surroundings of Marber Veluwe. This moment is especially meant to ground and anchor yourself in the serenity of nature.
18:00: Getting acquainted and Dinner
In a warm and cosy setting, we get to know each other. We share our intentions and expectations for the weekend, and there is room for questions about the three-day programme. After this introduction, we enjoy a communal dinner, a great opportunity to connect with other participants.
20:30: Meditation & Yin Yoga: Connecting with the Earth
We close the evening with a quiet and relaxing yin yoga session. In it, we focus on the energy of spring and create a sense of connection with both ourselves and the nature around us.
After yoga
After this relaxing session, there is time for yourself. Enjoy the luxurious facilities in your home, such as the jacuzzi or sauna, or just relax in bed on time. This is a great time to let everything sink in and prepare for the days ahead.

Letting go and Inner Transformation
08:00: Morning ritual with Yoga and Breathwork in Nature
We start the day fresh with an outdoor yoga session, opening our bodies to the energy of nature. This session, combined with breathing techniques, will help you release old tensions and make space for new strength. Feel the fresh air and vibrant energy of spring as you connect yourself to the earth.
09:30: Nutritious Breakfast Picnic
After yoga, enjoy a nutritious breakfast in the great outdoors. With fresh, organic produce, you will get the energy you need for the rest of the day. This is a time to enjoy nature and be with fellow participants.
11:00: Writing and reflection moment
Take a moment for yourself to reflect on what you want to let go of and what you hope to achieve. Write down your thoughts and intentions in your journal. This moment of reflection will help you gain clarity and prepare yourself for the experiences of the rest of the day.
13:00: Lunch
Take a moment to enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. This is a time to recover and enjoy the company of other participants.
14:30: Silent Walk & Mindfulness
On a guided silence walk through the woods, you will learn to harness the power of nature to find inner peace and clarity. Let the sounds of the outside world awaken your senses and experience the serene beauty around you.
15:30: Powerful Inner Experience: Fire Ritual in Nature
In this ritual, we connect with nature and our inner strength. Write down what you want to release and entrust it to the fire. As the flames burn, we meditate and set intentions for growth and renewal. This helps you make space for new possibilities and strengthens your connection with nature.
18:30: Joint Dinner and Connection
Enjoy a communal dinner where there is room for connection with the group and reflection on the day’s experiences. This is a time to come together and share what you have learnt and experienced.
After dinner: time for yourself
Take some time to relax in your luxury accommodation. Enjoy the sauna or jacuzzi, or just unwind in the serene surroundings. This is your moment to let everything sink in and recharge for the next day.

Standing up in your own strength
08:30: Light Breakfast in your Residence
Start the day with a light breakfast in your luxury abode. Enjoy fresh, organic produce and an invigorating juice or smoothie as you prepare for a day of connection and rituals.
10:00 am: Morning session: Yoga Flow & Natural Power
A dynamic yoga flow to get your body moving and connect with the primal power that is in nature and in you. This session focuses on balance, strength and flexibility, both physically and mentally.
11:00: Creative Nature Ceremony
In this ceremony, we use elements from nature to create a creative ritual in which you can anchor your intentions for the coming months. Consider making mandalas from natural materials or a ceremony around planting a symbolic seed of growth.
12:30: Delicious Lunch
Enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. This is a time to recover and enjoy the company of other participants.
13:30: Flower Bath Ceremony
Immerse yourself in a flower bath filled with refreshing water and flower petals. This ritual symbolises letting go of winter and welcoming spring. As you immerse yourself, you release the cold of winter and make room for the fresh, new energy of spring.
14:30: Dancing, Singing & Moving
Celebrate spring with an upbeat session where we dance, sing and move our bodies. Get carried away by the music and feel the joy of the new seasons.
15:00: End of the Programme
The programme ends here, but you have the option to extend your stay until Monday morning 10:00 am. This gives you a chance to relax a little longer and enjoy the luxurious facilities of your stay before heading home.
